Hofmann Trucking, LLC was created July 1, 1999, by Larry Lee Hofmann and Curtis Waldie. They formed a partnership starting with three trucks. Specializing in Frozen Over the Road product, delivering within the Midwest US.  Over the next few years, they continued to expand and add additional trucks and trailers to the fleet.  In 2006, they ventured out and opened a retail truck and trailer repair shop, Crossroads Repair, LLC.  As the years passed, Larry Lee expressed interest in driving in the NW ND oilfield. In 2008 he took the first truck out west.  Again, as the years passed, Hofmann Trucking added additional trucks and trailers to the oil field-related business. In 2010 Hofmann Trucking invested in additional property in Tioga ND and created a second Crossroads Repair shop and also created Sundhagen Sand & Gravel Inc. which specialized in the sales and delivery of aggregate products for mostly the oilfield industry.  Thru the ups and downs of the oil industry in ND, Hofmann changed with the season., expanding into Oklahoma, Colorado, and Wyoming. In 2015 we ventured out into the LPG and Bulk Products. Expanding with oil products, propane, Sand & Gravel, large equipment, and everything in between. In July 2021, one of our founders, Larry Lee, passed away due to complications of Covid. As planned, in October 2021 we proceeded with the purchase of another small ND business and continued to add to our fleet.
